Sunrooms on each floor offer inviting spaces to engage the senses. A gardening room also helps residents connect with nature and grow plants year-round. To help residents feel at home, we've even named common spaces and meeting rooms after familiar places in our region. The Winnebago Room, Poygan Study, Eureka Dining Room, Brin Hall and Black Wolf Bay Dining Room reflect our sense of place and connection to the community we love.

Assisted Living at The Grove offers a comfortable home with services
focused on maintaining independence. Choose from traditional assisted living or enhanced assisted living for additional support. Assistance is available 24/7 with nurses on-site or on-call at all times. All assisted living apartments include an emergency call system for added peace of mind.
Memory Care in Autumn Lane features programming designed to meet the specific needs of residents with Alzheimer’s or other dementia-related conditions. We work closely with family members to provide care that best fits each resident's personality, interests and abilities. A structured day of life-enhancing activities provides a comforting routine.

Memory Keepers
Supporting families and loved ones is a vital part of our service. Memory Keepers is a program to support caregivers and families dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our goal is to offer an open, accepting environment to share experiences. We also provide educational opportunities to learn about research findings, coping strategies and ways to create a better life experience for everyone touched by Alzheimer's and dementia.
Dining
Our menus balance residents' personal preferences with the nutrition needed to support their health. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create satisfying, made-from-scratch meals. Menus change with the seasons and range from comfort foods to fine cuisine. Special diets can be accommodated to provide nutritious choices that don't sacrifice taste. Our goal is to make your dining experience healthy and enjoyable.
