Valuable Experiences through Partnerships
- University of Wisconsin Education and Health System & Meriter Hospital
Working with professionals in the UW system and at Meriter Hospital, Oak Park® Place offers informational sessions on a variety of health topics for residents and the greater Madison community and professional development conferences for healthcare personnel.
- Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin
Oak Park® Place offers seniors with memory loss conditions an individualized program of care that supports each resident's strengths. The Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin serves as a great resource and partner as we are committed to providing high quality memory care utilizing new research, ideas, and information available. Professionals from the Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance also often serve as speakers for resident and community events at Oak Park® Place.
- North/Eastside Senior Coalition
The Madison North/Eastside Senior Coalition also offers valuable opportunities for our residents to enjoy social gatherings with other seniors in the Madison area. Residents may choose to attend summer concerts, Applefest, or other special events and activities sponsored by the North/Eastside Senior Coalition.
- Department of Veteran Affairs
Oak Park® Place works closely with the Department of Veteran Affairs to provide the services and opportunities available to residents through the Veteran Affairs program.
